First time, mostly good

This was my first time ordering from ZooPlus. I bought a big bag of Taste of the Wild for my dog and a new transportín for my cat. The ordering process was straightforward on their website. It shipped out the next day, which was nice, but then took about 5 business days to get to my apartment in California, which felt a little long. The transportín was exactly as pictured and seems sturdy. The dog food bag was also in good shape. Overall, a solid first experience, just wish delivery was a tiny bit faster.

Always great for cat stuff

I ordered a new rascador para gatos and some Purina Pro Plan cat food. It all came so fast, like two days! My cats are already loving the new scratcher. Everything was in perfect condition. I will definitely be shopping here again, they always have what I need!

Good food, quick delivery

I ordered some Royal Canin for my cat last week. It was my first time buying from here. The website was easy enough to use and I found what I needed fast. It showed up at my door in about 3 days, which was pretty good. My cat is happy with her food, so I'm happy too. I'd probably buy from them again.

Good food, fast delivery

I got some Royal Canin for my cat last week. It arrived pretty quick, like 3 days to my place in Florida. The bag was a bit dusty, but the food inside was fine. My cat loves it, so I'm happy.

Reliable for cat supplies

I've been getting my cat food and litter from ZooPlus for a while now, usually the Purina Pro Plan and some Sanicat clumping litter. This latest order was just as smooth as always. Everything arrived well-packaged and on time, which is what I've come to expect. Their prices are usually competitive, and it's just so convenient to have it delivered right to my apartment instead of lugging heavy bags from a physical store. Always a solid choice for pet supplies.

Reliable for dog food

I've been getting my dog's Hill's Science Plan from ZooPlus for a while now, and they're always consistent. This last order was no different. Placed it on a Monday, and it was at my door in Texas by Friday. The packaging was a bit squashed on one corner, but the actual dog food bag was intact, so no big deal. Prices are usually better than other places I've checked, even with shipping. It's just easy to use the site too, finding what I need is never a hassle. Good to know I can count on them.

Product good, delivery slow

Ordered Taste of the Wild dog food. Product was correct and fresh. Delivery took 6 days to reach Madrid, a bit longer than expected. Packaging was fine. Will use again for specific brands, but hope shipping improves.

My go-to pet shop!

Oh my goodness, I just had to share how much I love ZooPlus! I recently bought one of those big cat trees, an 'árbol para gatos' as they call it, and some Acana dog food for my sister's puppy. The cat tree is amazing quality, really sturdy, and my cat is obsessed with it. It was actually a lot easier to put together than I thought it would be. The dog food arrived super fast too. I just love how much stuff they have on their site for all kinds of pets. It's so convenient to get everything in one place. I'm definitely going to shop here again and tell all my friends with pets about it!
